Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of MichiganBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at hire or obtained within 5 yearsMinimum of three years' experience providing direct resident care, long-term care/nursing home/skilled nursing facility Minimum 1-year previous nursing leadership experience required. Ready to make a difference? Your responsibilities include:
Manage daily operations of the 34 bed-Long Term Care Unit (McReynolds Hall)Train and onboard new staff, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and best practicesOversee clinical personnel management, including recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and retentionAssist with developing, implementing and conducting in-service training for the team What You’ll Get from Us:Full benefits, paid holidays, and generous paid time off
