Director Key Accounts

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

To drive and implement profitable and sustainable growth with Key accounts for our brands while enhancing the shopper experience at digital and physical point of sales.  To lead and develop the key account team according to the leadership framework.

Key Responsibilities:

· Drive financials targets and Kpis for Key account team to ensure profitable growth
· Drive Key Account strategy in alignment with country SD and management team / direct stakeholder to reach expected goals
· Develop strong strategic relationship with main key accounts to facilitate implementation of our strategy
· Lead the Key account team to develop people and identify talents
· Deploy the company policies, processes and guidelines at a high level to ensure compliancy in our daily processes with the key accounts· Influence internal and external stakeholders to reach the expected targets
· Develop a sell out strategy and action plans with his/her team in KA to ensure high performance standards of our brands in store
· Manage go to market process for Key accounts to ensure pre sale plan execution
· Drive the strategic planning for major customers (STAPs) both internally and externally to ensure smooth strategy execution
· Generate support to his direct team for key negotiations with key accounts

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

· Possess a strong set of skills acquired through advanced training, study and experience.
· Broad & deep knowledge in own functional area, combining with broad knowledge of other areas.
