Oversee a global team responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise server infrastructure. ensure high availability, performance, and security of systems supporting mission-critical applications across multiple data centres and cloud environments.
Your experience and qualifications Lead the administration and lifecycle management of Windows Server, Linux, and Citrix environments. Oversee patching, upgrades, and performance tuning across platforms. Ensure compliance with processes for incident, change, and problem management. Manage and mentor a distributed team of system administrators and engineers. Define team goals, conduct performance reviews, and foster professional development. Coordinate 24/7 support coverage and on-call rotations Drive infrastructure modernization initiatives (e.g., automation). Collaborate with architecture, security, and application teams to deliver scalable solutions. Lead root cause analysis and resolution of critical incidents. Develop and maintain SLAs, SOPs, and capacity plans. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements. Ensure adherence to security policies, compliance standards, and audit requirements Reports ToSr Dir Cloud, On-Premises Compute, Security, and DC Services
