As our Director – IT Enterprise Solutions you will have the opportunity to deliver complex projects across an organization, build effective business partnerships, and lead business process transformation initiatives while ensuring a positive work environment that emphasizes teamwork to achieve common goals. So, what will you be doing as our Director – IT Enterprise Solutions? + Understand the business operational and financial levers and identify technology-enabled innovation opportunities that support the business strategy. + Assist with analysis of the business future-state capabilities and IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend ROI-based solutions for improvement. + Help execute the enterprise solutions strategy and multi-year investment roadmap that delivers tangible/bottom line business value. + Support cultural changes necessary to enable a continuous delivery model and foster collaboration. + Plan and manage resources to achieve effective execution and support of the technology roadmap with agility and adaptability. + Manage employee development by setting and evaluating goals, providing feedback, and using development techniques to enable employees to realize their potential To be successful in this role, you will need: + Experience and successful record of managing multiple internal teams. + Assist with evaluation of new IT developments and evolving business requirements and execution of appropriate systems and/or enhancements to current systems. + Lead and manage multiple teams that support enterprise applications. + Understand the full breadth of the landscape company operates (business units, geography, regulatory, application landscape, etc.) and be able to use this in the definition and evolution of supported systems Things we are looking for: + Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Operations Management, Business or related field, or suitable combination of education, experience, and training + 5+ years of progressive IT leadership experience; developing, implementing, and supporting large enterprise level solutions including ERP. + Advanced to expert knowledge of a broad range of IT and business functions (system design, data management, programming security, manufacturing processes, and financial processes) + Experience migrating enterprise level solutions to a cloud platform. + Experience with the transformation of applications and processes using workflow and business intelligence technologies. + Proven ability to support change on a global basis What to Do Next Now that you have had a chance to learn more about us, what are you waiting for!
