As a Director IT, Workplace Employee Experience here at\nHoneywell, you will lead and drive the strategy and execution of workplace\ntechnology solutions to enhance the employee experience. You will be\nresponsible for creating and supporting a seamless and efficient digital\nworkplace environment that enables collaboration, productivity, and innovation.\nYour role will involve partnering with cross-functional teams and senior\nexecutives to understand business needs and develop technology solutions that\nmeet those needs.

You\nwill report directly to the Operations & Infrastructure Leader. This role\nwill work out of our Morris Plains, Charlotte or Houston location on a hybrid\nwork schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the employee experience by\nproviding innovative technology solutions that enable a modern and flexible\nwork environment. You will drive the adoption of digital tools and platforms\nthat enhance communication, collaboration, and productivity. Your leadership\nwill play a critical role in shaping the future of workplace technology at\nHoneywell.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute the strategy for workplace technology solutions\n to enhance the employee experience.Partner with cross-functional teams and senior executives to\n understand business needs and develop technology solutions that meet those\n needs.Responsible for global support desk\n with an optimized user experience for employees to report issues, follow\n up, and escalate.Responsible for global Executive\n IT support ensuring all leaders in the organization are well supported and\n their IT experiences are optimal, with presences at all hub locations.Drive the adoption of digital tools and platforms that enhance\n communication, collaboration, and productivity.Lead a team of IT professionals to deliver workplace technology\n solutions and support the digital workplace environment.Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to\n ensure the continuous improvement of workplace technology solutions.Define and\n execute the roadmap for laptops, mobile devices, and print services ensuring\n performance, reliability, and user satisfaction.Evaluate\n emerging trends to drive innovation in End User Computing.Establish\n proactive monitoring and KPIs for platform health.Manage platform\n objectives, including Demand Management, Quality Assurance, Release\n Management / Design Authority, and Change Management.Collaborate and partner with all\n ERP, Applications, Operations and Infrastructure teams to ensure all\n incidents are documented and transitioned with quality and all ITIL\n practices are adhered to.Manage vendor\n relationships for staff augmentation, service delivery, and product\n development.

This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs.  This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

YOU MUST HAVEBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information\n systems, or related field.8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with a focus on\n workplace technology8+ years of progressive IT leadership roles, including people\n management5+ years of experience with Ordering & Onboarding & New Hires Logistics5+ years of experience with Knowledge of ITIL and IT Service\n Management3+ years of experience with Executive care, Service Desk and Chatbot3+ years of experience with Collaboration tools – Ms365, Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive, VDI3+ years of experience with Mobile Device Management (MS Intune Management) and Mobile Fleet ManagementExperience managing and planning a complex operating budgetAbility to travel occasionally – approximately 15% WE VALUEStrong strategic thinking and business acumen.Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.\n     Experience in driving technology innovation and digital\n transformation initiatives.Effective influencing and negotiation skills in complex environments\n Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends.Demonstrated ability to align IT strategies with business\n objectives.Passion for fostering diversity and inclusion within the IT\n workforce.Strong vendor management skills & experience working across\n geographies.
