As\na Director IT Legal, HR, & Other Functions here at Honeywell, you will be\ninstrumental in shaping the IT strategy and driving initiatives for the Legal,\nHR, and Other functions. In this senior leadership position, you will be\nresponsible for providing strategic direction and executive leadership to the\nIT function, ensuring the alignment of IT programs and practices with business\nobjectives. You will partner with senior business as well as IT leaders, in the\nLegal, HR, and Other functions to understand their needs and provide strategic\nIT guidance and support. As a trusted advisor, you will contribute to the\ndevelopment and implementation of IT policies, processes, and programs that\nfoster a positive work environment, drive employee engagement, and support the\ngrowth and success of the organization.

You will report directly to our Senior Director and you'll work out of one the\nthree locations:  Morris Plains, NJ,\nCharlotte, NC, or Houston, Texas on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on Advanced Materials, Honeywell\nby optimizing IT processes, ensuring high data security, and driving digital\ntransformation. Your expertise in IT strategy, project management, and\ntechnology solutions will lead to increased efficiency, cost savings, and\nimproved business outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and maintain HRIS applications: Ensure that HRIS applications are up-to-date, functioning effectively, and meeting the needs of the organization. This includes regular updates, patches, and system enhancements to improve performance and user experienceIntegrate\n HRIS applications with other systems: Work on the seamless\n integration of HRIS applications with other systems such as payroll, time\n and attendance, and talent management systems. This involves configuring\n interfaces, ensuring data consistency, and troubleshooting any integration\n issues.Collaborate\n with HR and IT teams: Work closely with HR and IT teams to identify\n and implement process improvements and system enhancements. This includes\n gathering requirements, designing solutions, and coordinating with\n stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.Ensure\n data privacy and security compliance: Ensure that HRIS applications\n comply with data privacy and security regulations. This involves\n implementing security measures, conducting regular audits, and staying\n up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations.Manage\n vendor relationships and negotiate contracts: Maintain relationships\n with vendors providing HRIS applications and services. Negotiate\n contracts, manage service level agreements, and ensure that vendors meet\n their commitments.Lead\n and participate in HRIS-related projects: Lead and participate in\n projects related to HRIS applications, ensuring timely and successful\n completion. This includes project planning, resource allocation, risk\n management, and stakeholder communication.Maintain\n the entire Configuration Management Database (CMDB): Ensure that the\n CMDB is accurate, up-to-date, and reflects the current state of HRIS\n applications and their integrations. This involves regular updates,\n audits, and coordination with other IT teams to ensure data consistency.Manage\n relationships with stakeholders: Build and maintain strong\n relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, IT, and other\n departments. Understand their needs, provide regular updates, and ensure\n that HRIS applications meet their requirements.

YOU MUST HAVEMinimum of 8+ years of experience in IT management or a\nrelated role.Proven track record of successfully leading and managing IT teams.Strong knowledge of IT policies, procedures, and best practices.Experience in IT strategy, project management, and technology solutions.Strong understanding of HRIS applications and their integration with other systems.Proficiency in managing and maintaining HRIS software and applications.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders.Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations. DESIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Experience\n with Oracle HCM and other HR systems.Ability\n to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.Experience\n in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
