As a **SoftCo Integrated Supply Chain Leader** here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) within the SoftCo business unit. Your leadership will enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels, ultimately contributing to the success of the organization. You will report directly to our **Senior Leadership** and you’ll work out of our Mexico location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the overall performance of the SoftCo business by ensuring that supply chain processes are optimized and aligned with business objectives. Your ability to foster collaboration across teams will drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational performance. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals and enhance operational efficiency. • Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize inventory management. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed to meet performance targets. **YOU MUST HAVE** • 6+ years of experience in supply chain management or operations leadership. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools. **WE VALUE** • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience in leading supply chain transformations and driving change initiatives. • Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team development and engagement.
