Director - Integrated Merchandising and End to End Strategy
Support Center - Irving

Director – Integrated Merchandising and End to End Strategy is responsible for driving a holistic, customer-first merchandising strategy that aligns product, planning, marketing, and in-store or digital execution. This role leads cross-functional collaboration to ensure the right product is in the right place, at the right time, and supported with the right message — ultimately delivering on financial goals and an exceptional customer experience.

This is a strategic leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and collaboration, and is passionate about delivering results across the entire value chain.

Major Activities

Strategic Ownership

Develop and drive end-to-end merchandising strategies aligned to company objectives, customer insights, and brand vision.Lead seasonal and long-range line planning, assortment architecture, and go-to-market strategy.Partner with key stakeholders (Product Development, Planning, Marketing, Digital, Stores) to ensure full integration across the product lifecycle.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Serve as the connective tissue between trend/design, planning, sourcing, marketing, and retail teams to deliver seamless execution.Influence and align internal teams around key seasonal stories, priorities, and revenue-driving strategies.Facilitate alignment between financial targets and creative direction.

Assortment & Line Strategy

Oversee the creation of consumer-right assortments based on data-driven insights and trend forecasting.Ensure a balanced mix of hero items, volume drivers, and innovation across categories and channels.

Insights & Performance Management

Use analytics, sales performance, and market insights to optimize in-season actions and future planning.Partner with Planning & Allocation to ensure inventory is aligned to demand and optimized by channel.

Go-To-Market & Execution

Lead seasonal milestone meetings to ensure product, storytelling, and execution are aligned.Collaborate with Marketing & Visual Merchandising to ensure the product strategy comes to life across touchpoints.

Preferred Education/Experience

Minimum Type of Experience Required

10+ years of experience in merchandising, buying, or category leadership roles (preferably with omnichannel or DTC exposure).

Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and owning end-to-end merchandising strategy.Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategy.Excellent communication, influence, and leadership skills across varying levels of the organization.Highly collaborative, organized, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.Passion for product, customer behavior, and delivering an exceptional brand experience.
