What You Will Do
This role will lead a team who will be primarily supporting the PW Canada - Supply Chain Operations; Customer Services; Business Development Digital Engine Service activities based out of Bangalore.
The Candidate will be responsible for coordinating strategies & initiatives with Pratt & Whitney’s Canada Businesses (Canada and Poland) and leading the corresponding actions to ensure that the Business Commitments in the following areas are Achieved within the Budget and Productivity numbers Year on Year.
Specific responsibilities of the position:
The Director – General Management will have complete responsibility in driving the following 3 areas within the Pratt and Whitney Canada Business - Ability to lead a multi-faceted team comprising of Supply Chain Management, Customer Service & Aftermarkets, Business Development and Finance disciplines

Qualifications You Must Have
Permitted to Live and Work in IndiaEducation & Experience: B.E / B. Tech (Mechanical/ Industrial management) / General Management or Similar / University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 14 – 18 years prior relevant experience, or Masters / M. Tech in a related field and minimum 12 - 16 years’ experience Engineering/Other Technical Positions in Aerospace & Defense Industry or Similar Allied IndustriesIn-depth understanding of Supply chain Operations; Business Development and Aftermarket Service teamShould have Managed Large Teams focused on Insourcing roles and Productivity enhancementsAbility to work in Cross functional teams such as SCM; Finance; BD and After Market teams – Customer care in different time zone especially North America and EuropeStrong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.Skills:
