**Job Summary** NetApp is seeking a skilled Regional Director HRBP for EMEA Product. Reporting to the Senior Director HRBP EMEA, you will oversee EMEA product areas in Ireland, Iceland, and Israel, shaping the global Product strategy. **Key Responsibilities** + Understand Product team operations and challenges, offering strategic HR guidance. + Build strong partnerships with senior leaders, advising on HR matters inclusively. + Collaborate on HR strategies aligning local needs with global frameworks. + Foster a high-performance work culture to drive engagement and productivity. + Influence talent decisions through workforce planning and org design. + Use HR metrics to measure program effectiveness and lead change initiatives. + Work with HR CoE leaders to develop coordinated talent strategies. + Mentor and develop HR Business Partners and team for a high-performance culture. **Key Requirements** + 15+ years of HR experience with leadership. + Experience supporting Product and Engineering teams preferred. + Manage multiple country areas and travel regularly. + Deep experience in large-scale change and strategic HR initiatives. + Strong communication, change management, and business acumen skills. + Ability to inspire and influence company-wide transformation through HR initiatives. + Experience working in Ireland and Israel is a key requirement. 131318 At NetApp, we embrace a hybrid working environment designed to strengthen connection, collaboration, and culture for all employees.
