This role will lead the design, implementation, and governance of our global compensation strategy. This role will ensure our compensation programs are aligned with our global talent strategy, organizational goals, and local market practices. Additionally, this role will play a key role in modernizing our career architecture – supporting how work is structured, how employees grow, move within the organization, and how they are rewarded.
Responsibilities:Lead the development and implementation of global compensation strategies, programs for salaried and hourly population that aligns with the organization’s business and talent objectives to attract, retain, and motivate talent across all regions.Act as a strategic advisor to senior business and functional leaders on compensation strategies that reward talent that drives business impact with market competitiveness balanced with cost sustainability for the enterpriseOversee various annual compensation process that include, but are not limited to the annual year-end cycle, pay equity reviews, program enrollmentsBuild global pay transparency framework that supports how we reward our talent while ensuring compliance with local legislation Develop and maintain governance processes for job evaluation and role classification across business units and regionsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as compensation consultants and vendors, to stay informed on industry trends and best practicesEnsure global compliance with local compensation regulations and labor lawsLead and manage a global team of compensation professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support regarding their areas of responsibility and developmentQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.7+ years of progressive experience in compensation, including international exposure and leadership roles.Proven track record of designing and implementing processes comprehensive job architecture frameworks through job families, job evaluation and role classification in a global organization.Expert knowledge of compensation practices, market analysis, pay equity and transparency requirementsDemonstrated problem-solving, process improvement and change management skills, with the ability to think strategically and innovatively around compensationExceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively educate and influence individuals at all levelsExcited about this role but don’t think you meet every requirement listed?
