The Director-Finance, Jewelry Supply will provide strategic financial leadership to Industrial Operation partners by delivering comprehensive analysis and actionable insights that drive industrial operational efficiency and profitability. The Director will be a key business partner, mastering production procedures and contributing to the identification of any opportunity to leverage efficiency (labor and raw materials) within a continuous improvement process. This role requires expertise in financial modeling, performance measurement, and cost management, alongside the ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional collaboration. The Director will champion financial rigor and transparency, aligning financial objectives with operational priorities to support sustainable growth.
Key Accountabilities
Partner closely with the VP Finance, Industrial to deliver strategic financial insights and operational guidance across a global network of manufacturing facilities. Support Operations in establishing and monitoring benchmarks and KPIs with an approach "continuous improvement - best in class, to drive business strategy, providing variance analysis to track performances. Develop and implement standardized financial analytics and reporting tools across all manufacturing sites to reveal and articulate evolving cost structures, cost per unit, and ROI, particularly in the context of volume production. Facilitate the cross benchmark of production facilities (internal/external) to identify the best practices to be adopted. Conduct weekly and monthly, detailed financial reviews of manufacturing facilities to identify inefficiencies, emerging risks and operational challenges. Such reviews will be conducted, preferably on site, to permit the Director to be closer to the operations and the production dynamics, becoming a stronger proactive business partner. Integrate financial and operational data to enable advanced planning, forecasting, and scenario-based what-if analysis. Lead a high-performing Finance team by enhancing analytical depth, business acumen, and communication effectiveness. Empower team members to deliver insights that drive operational decision-making and strengthen cross-functional alignment. Translate complex financial concepts into clear, operationally relevant terms to support effective decision-making by Operations partners. Serve as a trusted advisor to Operations, bridging financial and manufacturing priorities to support business growth and cost optimization. Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities to support strategic initiatives, evaluate project profitability, and drive long-term operational planning. Develop forward-looking financial models to assess risks and opportunities. Analyze complex financial statements, identifying key trends across expenses, revenues, assets, and liabilities. Deliver variance analyses and support the development of budgets and forecasts aligned with business objectives. Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels to ensure timely delivery and measurable outcomes.Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 10-15 years of progressive experience in Finance, with a strong background in operational Finance, manufacturing, or supply chain environments. Curiosity, proactivity, professional skepticism. Energy, agility, attitude to contribute to make things happen." Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing high-performing finance teams. Expertise in FP&A, cost accounting, and performance measurement, with the ability to connect financial data to operational drivers. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives from planning through implementation and successful completion. High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to develop executive-ready presentations and analytical models. Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications
CPA or Masters degree. Experience within Industrial Operations, automotive, machinery or jewelry production.
