Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Field Marketing to lead our Field Marketing efforts and team of Regional Marketing Managers – tasked to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth within specific geographic regions, often collaborating closely with sales teams. This strategic role will oversee the development and optimization of all field marketing strategy, field marketing program planning and development for Service Experts local service centers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Regional Marketing ManagersPartner with sales teams to support their efforts and drive pipeline growthCreate and manage field marketing budgetsWork with center management and Regional Directors on strategic marketing planning and development and implementation of marketing campaignsMarket research planning and analysisEnsure Service Experts brand standards are consistently applied in all marketing communicationsDirect the development of revenue generating consumer campaigns for applicable Service Experts CentersReview marketing performance using data from internal and external sourcesDevelop and implement test and control plans to improve direct marketing efficiency and effectivenessTrack, analyze, and optimize field marketing programs and initiativesIdentify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through data analysis and insightsPrepare reports and presentations on field marketing performanceField Marketing Agency management, coordination and liaison for responsible centersFacilitate regular marketing reviews to ensure marketing programs and tactics are fully supporting business objectives for responsible centersResponsible for the effective implementation of all marketing programs within Region and AreasWorks with Corporate VP, Field Sales & Corporate Marketing as well as with Area Sales Managers, to develop national, regional and area marketing and sales promotionsProvide field support for Corporate Marketing programs (co-ordination, execution, measurement & feedback)Post campaign analysis and communication of best practicesIdentify company partnership opportunities including local or regional utilities and partnersOther duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor degree required or equivalent work experienceGraduate degree / MBA preferred10+ years of marketing experience5+ years managing a team of two people or moreAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCreative and strategic thinkerSuperior analytical abilities and ability interpret multiple points of dataExcellent interpersonal communication abilitiesStrong knowledge of marketing & advertising principlesAdvertising Agency management experiencePrepared and available for travel across the US to Service Experts locationsExceptional problem-solving and planning skillsA complete and thorough understanding of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant office softwareAbility to assess the Regional and Local Area marketsStrong leadership / management skillsEssential Skills:
