Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech **Description** Reporting to the Electrophysiology & Neurovascular Business Leader for the Transcend Program, the E2E Process- and Data Workstream Lead is responsible for the preparation, validation and successful integration of the global E2E value streams and clean core master data. Collaborates closely with the Transcend Program team as well as cross functional business stakeholders to ensure alignment and to drive the required Business process transformation to meet future standards for Electrophysiology & Neurovascular as defined in the global template design. Supports the local/wave organisation in training, testing & business transformation aspects. **Key Responsibilities** + Lead the identification, documentation, and validation of global end-to-end value- and product flows to ensure a successful implementation of the SAP S4 Global template throughout the entire EP/Neuro Eco-System. + Identify and implement process improvements within the master data life cycle management to enhance efficiency and accuracy for all relevant master data and across eco-systems. + Collaborate with stakeholders in Master Data Governance (MDG) and Digital teams to develop and implement new tools and processes to improve data mining + Participate in targeted Transcend Workshops, provide inputs and clarifications to the team on specialized processes + Partner with Transcend Business Process owner (BPO) and ensure approved key design decisions (KDD’s) are considered in the Global Template and function as agreed + Collaborate with Base business SMEs across functions, provide clarification of the functional impact of the Global template solution and support in business transformation activities + Attend targeted solution demo workshops and provide feedback to the Transcend team, support the training documentation + Help coordinate/facilitate business process testing and training sessions + Support data validation & cleansing for Testing and Cutover as needed + Execute post go-live readiness and deployment activities as needed + Partner with Electrophysiology & Neurovascular base business functions/IT and ensure integration of S4 HANA Master data processes with other systems **Qualifications** + A minimum of 10 years of related experience required + A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree such as a Master’s degree is preferred + Ability to influence teams, strong communication skills and strong people/team management skills + Functional expertise while having a good understanding of the E2E Supply Chain processes and the interactions across the various functional areas + Ability to drive to decisions and execution to the plans Strong self-management, working in ambiguity, resilience + Ability to navigate differing priorities and align objectives to ensure smooth process adoption across the business + Ability to analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, redundancies and opportunities for improvement In depth knowledge of supply chain value- and product flows is required Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
