Our mission is to seamlessly integrate strategy, transformation, innovation, and operational excellence by managing digital tools, optimizing wholesale partner and associate experiences, and leveraging data-driven insights to inform wholesale excellence. Through close collaboration with global and regional brand teams, senior leadership and IT, the team delivers best-in-class digital solutions (e.g. Digital Showroom, Prana, Self-service reordering, EDI), and streamlined go-to-market processes, to establish new industry standards and support PVHE’s largest revenue base, driving long-term growth and success for both brands and their partners. **The Position** As the Director EMEA Master Data, you will lead the management of EMEA master data —including customer, product, pricing, and promotions—ensuring it is accurate, consistent, and distributed effectively and timely, across all systems used within Wholesale, Retail and eCommerce channels. You will play a critical role in ensuring and maintaining data quality and integrity, required to enable efficient and effective business operations, and provide a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with Brands, IT, Legal and Go To Market teams to manage master data seamlessly across PVHE. Your work will also be key to establishing strong data governance processes and practices, improving data quality, and driving collaboration across functions, ultimately supporting the success of our commercial and digital strategies and operations in the EMEA region. **Key Responsibilities:** + EMEA Master Data Management: Lead the management of master data processes across all systems and products, including pricing and promotions. + Product Data Distribution: Ensure accurate and timely distribution and population of product, price and customer master data with clearly defined roles and responsibilities. + Data Process Improvement: Enhance master data processes and maintain the associated rule book. Work with stakeholders to identify and manage impact of changes in the ecosystem. + Data Quality Checks: Perform pre-season and in-season data quality checks across EU systems + Manage the EMEA Master Data team: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing clear guidance, support, and direction to help them succeed in their roles and deliver on their responsibilities + Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization. **Measures of Success** + Data accuracy & timeliness of completeness: accuracy of loaded data with no reported errors; on time data refresh when required + Stakeholder satisfaction: Internal Net Promoter Score on data accuracy and timeliness; MTTR (Mean time to resolve) + GTM Efficiency & effectiveness: data quality and completion, time to market and partner onboarding time + ROI: process efficiencies + Process efficiency: simplification/ time reduction in master data processes, manhour savings, reduced time to market due to efficiency and accuracy improvement. **Requirements** + Leadership & Management: 5+ years leading a team, providing stewardship, guidance and support + Communication Skills: advanced ability to clearly convey information both written and orally with executive internal stakeholders and senior external stakeholders, effectively influencing others + Problem Solving: advanced understanding of how to solve complex problems and critically assess the solutions required + Analytical skills: strong analytical skills in process and integration improvements + 10+ years of Experience in information / data management or a related field, with significant experience in fashion, retail, or consumer brands + Passion for master data and processes with minimum of 5+ years experience in a Master Data function. + Fluency in English (written and spoken) + Behaviors At PVH, how we act is as important as what we do.
