Responsibilities Lead the Education Revolution: Drive daily operations, oversee budgets, and cultivate an exceptional Education team.Craft the Ultimate Student Experience: Nurture, train, and motivate your team to provide outstanding education and support services.Champion Compliance and Integrity: Ensure UTI's operations adhere to legal standards and accrediting bodies.Build an All-Star Team: Establish and maintain a motivated, high-performing team through effective training and development. QualificationsEducation / Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required, Business Administration or Management preferred.Experience: Minimum of 5 years in leadership or management roles, Aviation experience with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and A&P Certification is highly preferredSkills
Project Management and strategic thinking prowess.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Strong people and leadership abilities.Time management, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
