Director Division Execution

At Floor & Decor, we’re transforming spaces and careers across the country. The most exciting thing we’re building isn’t just floors—it’s a company without ceilings where dreamers, thinkers, and doers shape our future. With over 250 stores and counting, this is where ambition meets opportunity. Are you looking for new challenges? Let's build what's next.

Your Work Matters

As the Divisional Director of Execution, you’ll lead the teams that bring our new stores and remodels to life—on time, on budget, and on brand. Your decisions will shape the customer’s first impression, the associate’s workspace, and the operational flow for years to come. This isn’t just project management—it’s creating the physical environments where our business and our people thrive.

Your Day Consists Of

· Leading the end-to-end execution of new store openings and remodel projects, ensuring alignment with design intent, prototype standards, and operational needs.

· Overseeing multi-million-dollar budgets, vendor contracts, and cost-to-completion tracking to protect timelines and resources.

· Partnering with construction, store planning, and merchandising teams to deliver seamless retail environments.

· Managing and developing high-performing field teams and third-party vendors, ensuring safety, quality, and consistency.

· Reviewing site reports, integrating location-specific insights, and resolving field challenges before they impact the customer experience.

· Championing process improvements that reduce costs, streamline execution, and raise the bar for every project.

You’ll Be Supported With

· Bonus & career advancement opportunities at every level
