We are seeking an experienced and driven program manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives within Collins Aerospace. This high-visibility leadership role develops and executes multi-year strategies, overseeing complex ERP, PLM, MES, and software edge system implementations and upgrades. The Digital Transformation Lead will spearhead cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of business systems and readiness for S4 HANA implementation. The candidate will be a proactive change agent with proven expertise in program management, software deployment, and aerospace business operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
**What You Will Do:**
+ Lead the preparation and readiness of multiple business systems for S4 HANA migration, including ERP, MES, and PLM.
+ Manage end-to-end project execution for multi-site ERP, PLM, MES, and edge applications, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline are met.
+ Oversee various system upgrades and installations, coordinating cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
+ Develop, implement, and manage detailed program plans, using tools like IMS, EVMS, milestone management, and risk management.
+ Act as the primary liaison between Digital Technology teams, business stakeholders, and leadership, consolidating progress reports and strategies.
+ Drive organizational change, facilitate policy updates, and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
+ Monitor project risks, address issues proactively, and escalate as necessary.
+ Provide strategic guidance and contribute to decision-making processes at the executive level.
+ Lead and develop a team, including direct and dotted-line reporting, fostering collaboration and accountability.
+ Participate actively in SAP advisory and transformation boards.
+ Collaborate closely with the Transformation team and executive leaders to develop achievable project plans.
+ Manage a team of approximately 50 members, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
+ Lead cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders.
+ Serve as the key customer liaison for project specifications and progress updates.
+ Participate in strategic decision-making, governance, and the development of a long-term deployment roadmap.
+ Ensure preparedness activities such as data cleansing, change management, testing, and hyper-care support.
**Qualifications You MUST Have** :
+ A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years experience
+ ERP implementation background, with solid understanding of aerospace operations.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and facilitate organizational buy-in.
+ Experience in developing and managing budgets aligned with business strategic plans.
**Qualifications We Prefer:**
+ Hands-on experience with ERP system implementations, especially SAP.
+ Strong knowledge of business processes related to Opportunity-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Source-to-Pay, and Plan-to-Sustain.
+ Skilled in program management tools: IMS, EVMS, milestone tracking, risk management, and executive communication.
+ Demonstrated success leading large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
+ Relevant experience with aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements.

The salary range for this role is 176,000 USD - 352,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
