Misión:
The Director, Digital Sales is responsible for adapt the digital sales vision and strategy across all digital channels. This role leads cross-functional teams to drive digital customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven decision-making, innovative digital campaigns, and scalable growth frameworks. As a senior leader, this position ensures alignment between business objectives and digital execution, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
This role is key to lead the transformation and performance of digital sales by setting direction, evolving digital channels into scalable digital sales and service platforms, and enabling high-performing, customer-centric teams to deliver measurable business outcomes through data-driven strategies and self-sustaining growth loops
¿Qué esperamos de ti?
•8+ years of experience in digital sales, e-commerce, engineering, digital marketing, digital products or leadership roles
•Proven success in leading large-scale digital transformation and sales initiatives
•Deep understanding of digital customer journeys, growth loops, and performance disciplines
•Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven mindset
•Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with product, marketing, and technology leaders
•Expertise in digital tools and platforms (e.g., Customer Engagement Platforms, Customer Data Platforms, analytics suites, CRM, automation tools)
•Excellent communication, leadership, resilience and stakeholder management skills
•Must be fluent in Spanish and professional proficiency using English for tool usage, reporting, and recurring regional communication.
¿A qué retos te enfrentarás?
Digital Sales Strategy & Execution
•Set strategic direction for digital sales and ensure alignment with company objectives
•Lead the development and execution of digital sales campaigns and growth loops adapted to product-channel fit
•Define and monitor executive-level KPIs such as digital sales and client key metrics
•Ensure legal, regulatory, and brand compliance across all digital sales activities
Collaboration & Governance
•Lead cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and strategic alignment
•Govern digital sales KPIs and reporting to support transparency and accountability
Growth Loops & Customer Lifecycle
•Design and scale growth loops for acquisition, engagement, and retention
•Monitor lifecycle KPIs (CPA, LTV, primacy, churn, engagement, revenue) and optimize accordingly
•Drive experimentation and A/B testing to improve customer journeys and outcomes
Digital Channel Optimization
•Collaborate with product and tech teams to ensure availability and functionality of digital offerings
•Oversee performance and usability of digital channels (web, app, messaging, etc.)
•Ensure consistent messaging and digital touchpoints
•Impulse data quality, event tracking, and integration across platforms
•Lead the implementation of attribution models and data-driven decision frameworks
