Director - Digital Product Management (B2B Payment Solutions)

How will you make an impact in this role?

The B2B Payment Solutions Product Development team within Global Commercial Service and Enterprise Solutions team manages and develops solutions and digital products for multiple growth segments of American Express. Specifically, we lead the B2B payment solutions that drive over $40B in volume across multiple customer segments and markets.

We are seeking a Director to lead a team of digital product managers to drive product and platform enhancements aimed at delivery a best-in-class B2B payment experience.

End-to-end ownership of product development from digital experience strategy to roadmap delivery and execution Set product level goals and effectively collaborate across the organization to bring new experiences to market Partner with Technology team to design and deliver digital solutions that meet business needs

Minimum Qualifications

7+ years of proven product development track record and deep expertise in design and development for B2B use cases Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to translate unstructured information to a structured, actionable plan Proven ability to both focus on high level strategy and delve in the weeds on detailed operations Experience leading teams in a matrix organization and comfortable managing senior level partners Strong relationship building skills and a collaborative attitude, building bridges, and eliminating silos Excellent interpersonal, strong written, and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to influence business partners to drive business value without direct authority Positive, flexible and proactive Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

History of people leadership, leading teams directly, effectively managing, engaging and developing talent Strong relationship management skills across a diverse network, including collaborating with and influencing partners both in-person and virtually Demonstrates a growth mindset that embraces change and is adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Salary Range: $150,000.00 to $225,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
