Kforce's client, a Long Island based, mission driven NFP is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing.
Summary:
This key role will lead the digital strategy and expand reach, engagement, and fundraising through innovative digital campaigns and be responsible for shaping the organization's online presence, driving donor engagement, sustaining monthly donations, promoting awareness for the mission.
Key Tasks:
* Director of Digital Marketing will drive the development/delivery of email campaigns, dashboard analytics to support donor acquisition, retention and loyalty programs
* Oversee digital marketing team responsible for the daily operation of three websites
* Collaborate with the team to review email content including links, copy, layout and test forms prior to launch; Work closely with the Communications Team to integrate channels such as Google, Facebook, Meta and Partner Ad Networks into the campaign strategy
* Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies aimed at driving new donor acquisition
* Work with the Data Management Team to ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of customer data
* Work with team in conjunction with internal departments and external partners for assets, schedule of appeals, fundraising priorities
* As a Director of Digital Marketing, you will maintain and improve websites to support and optimize fundraising efforts as well as educate and promote mission and programs
* Manage the development of landing pages for fundraising and mission-driven events
* Manage budgets and accurately summarize and communicate the status of campaigns
