All while understanding that **together** we are even better. **Shift** : Monday- Friday Full time 8am-5pm **Job Location** : Altamonte Springs, FL **The role you will contribute:** The Director of Content Strategy serves as a lead digital storyteller, driving the development, management, and evaluation of strategic, multichannel content that educates and engages consumers. This position reports to the Executive Director of Digital Strategy and supervises a team of digital content, website, and design staff. **The value you will bring to the team:** + Responsible for supporting the strategic vision of the Executive Director of Digital Strategy. + Lead, manage, and elevate content and design staff, cross-functional teams and partner/vendor relationships, including recruiting, training, mentoring, and supervision. + Manage writers, website coordinators, designers, and project managers to deliver strategic online content for the website. Responsible for the websites/CMS, blogs, social media, and email marketing content. + Work closely with leadership across the organization to manage the strategic planning, implementation, analysis, and optimization of content for all digital channels and campaigns. + Provide thought leadership on content across patient journeys and consumer decision cycles for paths to service/purchase for all service lines, locations, and physicians. + Provide orchestration among team members, leadership, key stakeholders and internal teams (such as IT) and vendors/partners to ensure content is successfully delivered. + Define and drive organizational content creation goals, strategy, and tactics, including the development of content strategies and associated editorial calendars to propel engagement with Adventist Health System. + Provide content strategy recommendations to clients based on information through content analysis, website audits, competitive assessments, focus group testing, and metrics. + Work with department leaders across the organization to discover creative content solutions to business challenges. + Design workflows for content lifecycle processes that include: content creation, review and approval cycles, localization models, content publishing, content analysis and content optimization and/or content archival. + Oversee content inventories, audits, analyses, and migrations across multiple digital platforms. + Responsible for increases in website traffic from content that ranks and converts. + Ensure education on and adherence to brand standards, digital brand standards, style guides and approved messaging for all digital content. + Lead the creation of content strategy roadmaps that supports business needs and growth goals. + Lead the creation of related social media and email marketing content strategies. + Serve as the lead point of contact for digital content governance. + Establish and/or maintain editorial standards and accuracy/quality of content. + Demonstrate and advise others on digital storytelling. Approve content from other digital content staff. + Approve any website content changes that significantly affect information architecture/structure to ensure the optimum, most intuitive user experience. + Continually evaluate efforts and determine resources (e.g. staffing, vendors, costs) needed for future success. + Display high competency in project management, working in a fast-paced and complex environment, execution of large projects, and working under multiple and competing deadlines. **The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:** + Bachelor's Required **Preferred Qualifications:** + Master's Preferred This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
