The best version of us starts with you! ® Join CGI as a Director of Consulting Services (DCS) based in our Dallas, TX office however a hybrid working model is acceptable.The ideal candidate will be a Business Development Director with the responsibility to profitably grow revenue from within existing and new accounts in our Dallas sector. As the Director of Consulting Services, you will manage the entire lifecycle of the sales and delivery process for a small portfolio of accounts within the assigned metro marketplace. Your primary objective is to drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients (both new and existing), and leading a high-performing team. **Your future duties and responsibilities:** • Able to work alongside Texas BU and Dallas Metro leadership. • Existing clients across multiple industries (in North Texas and Oklahoma) in which we look to expand our footprint. • Be adept at selling profitable business to new (and existing) clients. • Possess a good understanding of Digital, Data, cloud computing technologies, DevOps environments, and new business models. **Required qualifications to be successful in this role:** Our ideal candidate will: • Have experience in networking and building meaningful connections with new (and existing) clients across any/all industries. • Be adept at selling profitable business to new (and existing) clients. • Possess a good understanding of Digital, Data, cloud computing technologies, DevOps environments, and new business models. • Demonstrate the ability to quickly network with different parts of CGI and understand our capabilities and qualifications. • Balance the ‘Big Picture perspective with program-level details, establishing and overseeing programs and projects ‘at scale in a global setup. • Be a self-starter, highly motivated by delivering excellent services to our clients, and ensuring their satisfaction. • Lead a team of consultants in creating business solutions based on client requirements, taking accountability for winning competitive proposals. • Directly manage consultants at client sites and closely coordinate with local and global delivery center teams to ensure successful delivery. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $141,200.00 - $247,100.00.
