As a DCS, you’ll own the full lifecycle of consultative sales and delivery across a targeted portfolio of clients in the Dallas metro region. This includes identifying high-impact opportunities, designing value-driven solutions, leading consulting engagements, and managing top-performing teams that drive measurable outcomes for clients. You'll collaborate closely with Texas BU and Dallas Metro leadership, working across industries—including our current client base in North Texas and Oklahoma—to expand CGI’s presence and influence. **How you’ll make an impact** + Build deep, trust-based relationships with C-level executives, uncovering business challenges and aligning CGI solutions to client strategy. + Lead the delivery of consulting engagements that focus on business transformation, process optimization, digital innovation, and enterprise modernization. + Identify, shape, and win new consulting opportunities within both existing and new accounts, with a focus on profitable growth. + Collaborate with internal delivery, technology, and industry teams to design client-centric solutions across digital, data, cloud, and DevOps landscapes. + Serve as a thought partner to clients—guiding strategic decisions with insights on market trends, operational efficiencies, and emerging technologies. + Manage cross-functional teams in the execution of high-impact programs and projects, ensuring quality delivery, client satisfaction, and business value. + Lead proposal development and contract negotiations, ensuring that engagements meet both client expectations and CGI’s commercial standards. **What you’ll bring** + **Consulting mindset** —Strong background in business consulting, with a demonstrated ability to influence and drive strategic client agendas. + **Client-first approach** —Exceptional relationship-building skills across all organizational levels; proven ability to win trust and grow accounts. + **Strategic and delivery balance** —Ability to zoom between high-level strategic advising and overseeing complex project execution. + **Industry fluency** —Experience working across multiple sectors, bringing tailored insights and innovative ideas to each engagement. + **Technical awareness** —Understanding of digital transformation, cloud strategies, data platforms, and DevOps methodologies. + **Team leadership** —Track record of leading, mentoring, and growing high-performing consulting and delivery teams. + **10+ years** of experience in IT consulting, with progressive leadership roles in business development, delivery, and client engagement. **Preferred qualifications** + MBA or advanced degree in Business, IT, or related field. + Prior experience working in a global consulting or systems integration firm. + High degree of self-motivation, curiosity, and a solutions-oriented mindset. + Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $141,200.00 - $278,000.00.
