In this role you will be responsible for developing new business, leading and delivering strategic client engagements and serving as strategic advisor to clients concerning their compliance issues. You will be working both directly with clients and in coordination with our broader H&B practice, as well as our Technical Services Group and Retirement practice. You will also be asked to contribute your thought leadership to the overall development of the practice.

Juris Doctorate strongly suggested and minimum of 10 years relevant experience within employee benefitsProven experience and success in employee health and welfare benefit consulting with a focus on compliance. Prior experience in a professional services firm, insurance company or legal environment preferredDeep knowledge of IRC, ERISA, HIPAA and other relevant laws and regulations affecting employee benefit plans A broad understanding of human capital strategy and the ability to contribute to cross-practice client engagementsExperience in managing multiple people and projects and producing quality deliverables on time and within budgetProven ability to recognize and diagnose issues, work in teams, and leverage the resources of other related practices to address client challengesMaterial client-facing experience with public speaking experience a plusCompensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation.
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $185,000-$195,000 USD per year.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus
