Director - Client Onboarding and Regulatory Services - CTB - Change, Analytics & Strategy

We're seeking someone to join our team as a Product Owner in Client Onboarding & Regulatory Services to ensure the consistent and effective deployment of transformational initiatives through agile project management and UAT oversight activities

In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is a Team Specialist position at Director level within the Change Analytics & Strategy team.

What you'll do in the role:

Guide a squad to deliver system and functional changes in timely and efficient manner, and in-line with the team strategy.

Develop and maintain plans that include the end state vision, strategic and tactical initiatives, and product backlogs.

Manage sprints from idea creation through deployment including identifying client need, designing and validating concepts, developing epics and user stories, and managing to a budget.

Develop comprehensive user stories documentation and lead overall execution with Technology and Testing partners.

Participate in requirements elaboration and design sessions with Operations and technology partners. And socialize requirements with stakeholders across the organization and escalate issues as needed.

Ensure the complete and accurate documentation of processes & procedures related to the changes delivered by the squad.

Build relationships and gain consensus with key partners and clients.

Develop and deliver effective presentations to senior management, product teams, and project teams.

Develop metrics to measure KPIs, usage patterns, and other relevant analytics

What you'll bring to the role: 

Experience of managing projects, or exposure to the end-to-end project lifecycle, or managing substantial parts of the project lifecycle

Knowledge and experience of working within a structured project management framework

Experience in Agile Scrum Development preferred. Have a knowledge of testing life cycle

Quick self-starter, proactive attitude with ability to work in a fast-changing environment and with international locations.

Strong verbal and written communications skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms and to report to management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Organizational effectiveness – establish relationships and manage stakeholder groups

Strong prioritization skills to balance key priorities and arrive at decisions to balance cost vs benefits.

Intellectually curious, growth mindset

Strong experience working in an agile team. Certification either as a Product Owner or Scrum Master
