**A Day in the Life**
Medtronic is seeking a Director of Capital Equipment & Sales Services Latam to lead market analysis, develop innovative solutions, and ensure a deep understanding of the legislation across various countries in the region. This role is critical for delivering value-added solutions that integrate after-sales services, warranties, and spare parts, maximizing customer satisfaction and market impact.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Conduct market analysis to identify priorities and focus areas for capital equipment.**
**Develop innovative solutions tailored to market needs, beyond Medtronic's internal directives.**
**Ensure compliance with local legislation, considering variations in equipment import and export regulations.**
**Collaborate closely with the after-sales team to include warranties and spare parts in value propositions.**
**Lead and coordinate communication and collaboration with Latam subregions.**
**Drive disruptive strategies for capital equipment sales.**

**Languages: Spanish and English (mandatory), Portuguese (preferred).**
