Overview:
This position reports to the Vice President of Food & Beverage. Primarily responsible to ensure consistency of beverage programming and service through the implementation of policy and procedure, training, certification, recognition, and discipline of all Beverage Team Members and Management within all verticals of business (Casinos, Hotels, Restaurants, and Concessions).
Responsibilities

Conducts or reviews management and operational analyses to ensure ongoing success and efficiency within the departmentResponsible for specifications and quality of all beverage productsProvide analytics and guidance to help control all labor and beverage cost percentagesCollaborate with training and operations departments to develop bar teams, standards, quality and cleanliness trainingResponsible for specifications, quality, consistency, and presentation of all beverage products delivered to guestsRecommends to senior management operational enhancements that drive sales, support initiatives, and promote excellenceMonitors profit and loss statements to ensure objectives are met, and recommends corrective actions as requiredWorks to gather/track vital, relevant guest feedback on F&B offerings used to substantiate suggested changes and enhancements regarding both product and services offeredBuild and Maintain Beverage Brand Standard ProgramBeverage Brand Standard Program compliance checksMarketing Support Request reviewing and approvalsBuild and maintain relationships with key partners and distributorsSupport liquor, beer, and wine partner and distribution communicationsCorporate beverage distribution systems support and management e.g. (Smart Bar, Micromatic or any current system)Manage relationship, expectations, and LTO’s for Non-Alc partners and e.g. (Coca cola, Red Bull)Utilization of beverage industry analytics to support strategy and directionBeverage ideations, development, and creationSpearheads continued emphasis on productivity through labor analyticsAssists in the responsibility of organizing and operating the Beverage department in accordance with approved standards, budgetary limitations, policies and proceduresAssists in the development and implementation of the F&B department’s yearly budgets, capitol FF&E’s, and capital projectsActively work with key stakeholders on programming legalitiesCreate and launch innovative beverage contests to enhance promotional activity and drive incremental revenueAble to display project management proficiency from ideation through fruitionAdvise property peers on directing and overseeing the day-to-day activities of Beverage operations and serviceKnowledge of Seminole Hard Rock Support Services policies, procedures, and operationsPromotes positive public/employee relations at all timesMaintains a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment within area of responsibilityPerforms all other related and compatible duties as assignedHard Rock Cafe Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years casino and multi-unit beverage or related experience in a supervisory role required, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experienceCollege degree preferredMust be familiar with a variety of the field concepts, practices and procedures and have a proven track record in business management, purchasing and record keepingMust be able to communicate effectively in English, specific to position duties and responsibilitiesStrong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to sustain positive work environment with a diversified talent are requiredMust possess basic mathematical skills specific to position responsibilities and be able to balance cash drawer at end of shiftProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint requiredWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk and stand and to work in a smoking environmentPersonality Traits

Duties and responsibilities are typically performed on the Casino floor as well as a professional office setting. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, secondhand smoke and excessive noise.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
