SCHEDULE:

Day Shift. Requires occasional overtime or hours outside the normally defined workday or workweek.

Qualifications and Experience:

High School Graduate or equivalent required Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required 2 years of Management experience required Previous experience in Healthcare Marketing required Previous Admissions or Social Service experience in a senior living and/or long term care setting preferred

 

Who Are We Looking For?

The Director of Admissions must possess thorough knowledge of senior living and nursing home services and the needs of the long term care population. They understand Medicare requirements and have the ability to determine coverage.  Must have the ability to conduct nursing assessments. The ideal candidate is skilled in the areas of public relations, customer service and marketing. Seeking a Self-motivated and goal oriented person that is able to work in a fast-paced environment.  

 

Areas of Responsibility:

Manages Administrative Functions of the Admission Process Implement and create Marketing Plan and Maintain Optimal Census Level and Payor Mix Optimizes and Maintains Effective Customer Relations with Referral Sources Assures Satisfactory Resident and Family Relations Serves as Coordinator for Provider Reimbursement Services
