Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Director, Corporate Development to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As the Director of Corporate Development, you will be responsible for leading a comprehensive range of corporate development efforts. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $104,100 – $140,500 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Lead corporate development initiatives, including acquisition analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, deal management, and integration planning  Support strategic planning by identifying growth opportunities, coordinating business unit plans, and refining investment strategies and underwriting standards  Present investment analyses and recommendations to executive leadership, with a focus on gaming and casino opportunities across the portfolio  Direct financial due diligence and policy reviews, implement performance metrics, and manage project teams and corporate development resources  Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners including bankers, brokers, and industry experts  More about you Bachelor’s degree preferred  Minimum of 7 years of experience with financial analysis, modeling, and other corporate development related work; gaming or casino experience preferred   Ability to manage complex business and operational challenges  Strong financial skills demonstrating financial and business acumen  Expertise with financial modeling and Microsoft Office software Ability to travel Shift details
