Pay Range: $135,000.00 - $185,000.00, Annual

The Compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience,

Responsibilities:

In this role primary responsibilities will include:

Assist in the preparation and review of the monthly and annual financial statementsPreparation, presentation and monitoring of the annual operating budget revenues and expensesSupervise the DSS reporting systemPreparation, submission and assist the auditing of the annual Medicare Medicaid Cost ReportResearch Federal reimbursement issues as neededPreparation, submission and assist the auditing of the annual NJ State Chapter 83 SHARE Cost ReportMonitor NJ State reimbursement issues including subsidiesProduce monthly statistical reports and monitor statistics on a regular basisReview and evaluate employee and agency requisitionsStrata training and management of the hospitals budget systemPartnering with the grant financial personnel to facilitate oversite of the hospital's grants and preparation of the OMB Circular A-133 reporting schedule

Education:

Bachelors in Finance or Accounting required

Masters preferred

CPA Certification preferred

Qualifications

5 to 7 years in a financial role

Health care experience strongly preferred
