PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $154,600 – $208,700 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Lead the annual compensation planning cycles, providing expert counsel on the design, development, and administration of programs including salary structures, base salary adjustments, short and long-term incentive plans, and executive compensation In partnership with the VP of Total Rewards, develop and present Total Rewards philosophy, objectives, and deliverables executive leadership, including preparation for Compensation Committee board meetings Oversee compensation benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness and regulatory compliance Advise senior leadership and HR partners on compensation trends, policy recommendations, and strategic planning Serve as the internal subject matter expert on compensation-related policies, procedures, laws, and regulations Partner with leaders across the organization to ensure alignment with Delaware North’s values and strategic goals Collaborate with HR leadership to shape and implement enterprise-wide initiatives and HR strategies Lead special compensation projects such as MA integration, pay equity audits, and implementation of new compensation technologies or methodologies Manage the administration and approval processes for spot bonuses, achievement awards, and sign-on bonuses.
