The Project Director is fully accountable for the project health and safety, technical, commercial, security and financial performance of the project and for its successful delivery in accordance with the Business Management System (BMS). They are accountable for all aspects of the project, including services delivered by other Cost Centres or Disciplines, by other WSP Group companies, or by Sub-consultants.
