Relocation assistance is available! * Our successful candidate will create a Preventative Maintenance Plan that includes predictive maintenance, have experience managing organizational change including opening a new unit and have a demonstrated history of driving operational excellence while delivering cost savings. A strong Hands-on HVAC expertise is required for success in the role and experience with managing training on an optimized CMMS are required for success in the role.
What You'll Do Manage the inventory systemDelivering consistent IFM operationsInventory management to properly support the maintenance equipment and supplies Set up clear expectations to optimize IFM for the district, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and skilled trades processes and deliver on those expectations What We Offer
