Job Description Summary:

The primary focus of this role is to offer strong leadership in the coordination and management of global strategic and annual business planning and performance management processes, with the aim of accomplishing top quartile growth for The Coca-Cola Company.

Success in this position depends upon the efficient synthesis of data and insights to effectively communicate and support:

Development and execution of strategic and annual business plansRegular performance assessment through monthly and quarterly routinesAdvancement of strategic projects and addressing key business questions

As part of the dynamic Corporate Financial Planning, Analysis, and Insights team, you will have the opportunity to influence senior leaders while contributing to the implementation of strategic initiatives. This role requires seamless collaboration with networked teams across Operating Units, Global Categories, Center, and Global functions.

What You’ll Do for Us:

Develop a thorough understanding of the Company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives to effectively guide planning and performance management initiatives.Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies and decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and share findings, insights, and best practices.Apply advanced analytical techniques to create predictive and prescriptive models for well-informed business decisions.Establish and manage a comprehensive business, market, and financial intelligence system that generates insights and reports to support decision-making across all levels of the enterprise.Conduct in-depth industry, macro-economic, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform prioritization.Continually monitor and communicate industry trends, best practices, and relevant research to maintain a competitive edge.Develop and maintain a repository of relevant information and resources to be utilized across various functional areas within the enterprise.Work closely with the Global Planning Director to provide leadership in the global strategic and annual business planning process, aiming for top quartile growth.Implement internal controls and processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency for decision-making, reporting, and communication purposes.Develop and execute the Enterprise Resource Allocation model for planning and performance management.Effectively convey actionable insights to stakeholders through strategy documents, presentations, playbooks, and correspondence as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

A master’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.8 - 10 years of experience in Strategic Finance - Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Commercial roles; a background in the CPG industry is preferred.Proficiency in advanced analytics and storytelling with data.Resourcefulness in acquiring data and insights on external environment (macro, industry trends, etc.) and connecting them to business implications.Excellent statistical reporting skills, both numerical and written.Demonstrated project management competency.Outstanding business problem-solving skills - ability to analyze and synthesize across multiple areas, such as finance, marketing, change management, supply chain, etc.Exceptional working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Strong synthesis capability, able to distill large amounts of data and information into actionable insights.

Position Details:

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Hybrid work schedule - 3 days per week in person and 2 days virtual

Individual contributor role - no direct reports

$164,000 - $193,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
