Your Mission: Director of Product – Core Devices 

 As Director of Product in the Core Devices team, you’ll own the end-to-end product lifecycle for some of ResMed’s most critical hardware platforms. You’ll operate at the intersection of user insight, business strategy, and technical execution—championing a roadmap that balances clinical impact, commercial outcomes, and global scalability. 

Your role is to ensure we: 

Solve the right problems – Rooted in user needs, guided by market and data signals. 

Deliver elegant, viable solutions – Designed with excellence, aligned to our ecosystem. 

Move with urgency – Prioritize for speed, iterate to learning, and unlock value early. 

You’ll lead cross-functional teams from discovery through launch, translating strategy into shipping milestones, and championing a product-led approach that puts users—patients, providers, and partners—at the center of every decision.
