**Job Description**
**The Position**
The Director of Workplace Culture and Belonging plays a mission-critical role in shaping a workplace where every colleague feels they belong, are valued, and can thrive. This role leads the design and implementation of enterprise-wide strategies that deepen cultural connections and embed our foundational value of “We All Belong” into the fabric of how we lead and work.
Reporting to the Global Talent Lead, this role blends leadership development, culture strategy, and employee engagement to shape behaviors and systems that empower our global workforce to grow and succeed. The Director will partner cross-functionally to ensure that leadership expectations and cultural aspirations are translated into daily actions and business practices—helping to build an environment where belonging is activated.

**Responsibilities**
+ Designing and executing enterprise-wide workplace culture strategies that bring our “We All Belong” value to life.
+ Developing and driving the global belonging strategy, ensuring it is embedded by partnering with Employee Resource Groups (ERG), HR Business Partners and business leaders.
+ Encouraging belonging principles into leader capability frameworks, development programs, and coaching tools.
+ Creating opportunities for employee voice and storytelling that elevate diverse perspectives and lived experiences.
+ Facilitating leadership workshops or culture labs that challenge bias and build psychological safety.
+ Measuring progress on belonging, engagement, and culture outcomes, using data to identify opportunities and drive accountability.
+ Advocating for the removal of systemic barriers to inclusion across organizational policies, practices, and leadership mindsets.
**Required Education, Experience and Skills**
+ Eight plus years of experience in employee engagement, culture, belonging, or HR strategy roles, ideally in global organizations.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
+ Proven track record designing and scaling inclusive culture and engagement programs.
+ Strong grasp of U.S. EEOC and Affirmative Action compliance; experience managing related audits and plans.
+ Skilled in interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategy and measure impact.

Final salary determinations take a number of factors into account including, but not limited to, primary work location, relevant skills, education level, and/or prior work experience. The applicable salary range for this position in the U.S. is stated below. Benefits offered in the U.S. include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation and holiday time, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
**Annualized Salary Range (US)**
$152,300.00 - $259,200.00
