Director, Walmart Customer Operations

Make It With Pride.** **How you will contribute** You will: + Lead a diverse team that is geographically based across the country who support and partner with MDLZ DSD Retail organization and local Walmart Leadership + Partner with Walmart Operations (HQ and Locally) + Engage with MDLZ DSD Retail Leadership routinely + Drive the P&L to achieve strong financial results + Develop strategies to drive executional excellence – DSD & Warehouse + Strategize on DSD of the future with a firm ‘shoes of the shopper’ understanding and a Vision 2030 lens + Ensure excellence in-store with routines and tracking + Leverage data extensively to drive the business (refusals, receiving, etc.) + Be comfortable working in team and across systems + Share best practices around execution, sales tools, activation, etc. **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: + Strong leadership and people management experience gained within FMCG/CPG (sales, key account management, brand management, field sales force management) preferred + In depth knowledge of country trade environment and commercial leverages + Well-developed skills in communication and negotiation **More about this role** **Education / Certifications:** + Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred. **Job specific requirements:** + 8+yrs of experience in the CPG industry, including in a people leadership role required + Previous experience with Walmart + DSD experience required, supply chain/logistics experience a plus + Strong communication skills + Financial acumen & P&L experience a must + Analytical horsepower: advanced proficiency with syndicated and retailer data tools, data analytics, powerBI, Excel, and other reporting tools. **Travel requirements:** 20% travel required **Work schedule:** This is a full time, hybrid position based at our Sales Office in Rogers, AR. The base salary range for this position is $141,000 to $246,750; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.
