Alcon is seeking an experienced, performance-driven Director on our OTC Eyecare Marketing Team in the Fort Worth, Texas office. You will be responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of marketing efforts for multiple brand portfolios, with strong histories of growth backed by category-driving brand strategies, executions, and investments.
Leads our Integrated Business Planning and Long-Range Strategic Planning processes, including partnering with Global Franchise and Cross-Functional Leadership to set and align goals, target audiences, portfolio funding needs, and operational/executional planGuide, coach, and support a multi-level team of high-performance marketers to ensure they meet or exceed their development and business objectivesEnsure team is actively managing budget and resources to maximize efficiency and measure ROI / investment contribution to growthPartner with Strategy & Insights team to track key metrics, identifying areas of strategic and tactical optimizationsModel collaboration by partnering agencies, sales, operations, regulatory, legal, medical, customer service and others to ensure efficient activationMotivate and lead multiple agencies to collaboratively develop and execute best-in-class creative and go-to-market plansEnsure consistent delivery of branding and messaging across a complex multi-channel marketing planLeverage strong written and verbal communication skills to regularly presents plan and performance to Sr. LeadershipExhibit proficiency in analytical skills, financial acumen, and intellectual curiosity by leveraging data and dashboards to tell a story of business performance and as basis for decision makingDevelop a deep understanding of market, industry, and customer/consumer dynamicsPartners with Strategy & Insights team to develop and align learning plan, insight identification, and insight translation to business-driving actionMinimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree, ideally MBA, in Marketing or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +18 yrs; Assoc.+14 yrs; M.S.+7 yrs; PhD+6 yrs)The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English10 Years of Relevant CPG and/or Consumer Healthcare Marketing Experience6 Years of Demonstrated LeadershipWork hours: ExemptTravel Requirements: 5% domesticRelocation assistance: yesSponsorship available: yesHOW YOU CAN THRIVE AT ALCON:
