About the Job
The Director, US Market Access Portfolio Execution is responsible for driving operational discipline and maximizing pull-through (PTO) strategy across the U.S. market access portfolio. This role leads KPI tracking, execution planning, and capability development to ensure strategic alignment across all regional operation leads and impactful market access and field engagement strategy. It supports the Head of Market Access Portfolio Strategy in translating portfolio access objectives into measurable actions across in-line brands.

Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate cross-functional market access planning and execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and decision points are aligned across the portfolio.
Lead enterprise tracking of pull-through initiatives, identifying gaps in capabilities and working closely with regional operational leads and driving consistency across therapeutic areas and customer segments.
Establish and manage portfolio wide payer ATU assessing market needs and trends. Work with brand V&A leads to assess launch readiness by product and market evolution.
Establish and manage access-related KPIs that measure performance across PTO strategy, readiness execution, and customer impact.
Partner with field access and brand teams to align pull-through objectives, tools, and messaging to maximize payer uptake and coverage execution.
Ensure all brands payer readiness and operational processes to improve execution across teams.
Lead preparation for internal reviews, portfolio execution updates, and dashboards to enhance leadership visibility and accountability.
Support strategic prioritization of PTO initiatives and ensure effective resource alignment across therapeutic areas and field teams
About You
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
7+ years of experience in market access, commercial operations, or launch execution within pharmaceutical/biotech
Expertise in access pull-through strategies, field engagement, and operational planning
Experience in KPI development and execution tracking tools
Strong collaboration skills across matrix teams
Proven ability to drive alignment and accountability across brands and access functions
Familiarity with ATU studies, segmentation models, and field force optimization

The salary range for this position is:
$172,500.00 - $249,166.66All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
