PayMinimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $154,600 - $208,700 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. More about youBachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field required; advanced degree preferred CEBS or CCP designation is strongly preferred Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in compensation and benefits with the last 5 years at a senior level, ideally in a multi-divisional and a multi-national environment Proven leader with strong business and\u202ffinancial acumen, multi-tasking skills, and superb technical skills in\u202fcompensation, benefits, and HR systems coupled with exceptional quantitative and analytical capabilities Quantitative modeling and problem-solving skills to develop the framework for, and execute the research on, strategic or market competitive practices Who we are
