You'll partner closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and Compensation, taking the lead on a wide range of complex roles ensuring a diverse pipeline of talent. This resource should be local to Atlanta and will be required to work from our Alpharetta location. 

Hybrid Work Schedule:  Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday full day, Remote Monday and Friday. 

What you’ll do

Act as a talent advisor and subject matter expert by maintaining deep functional knowledge of the business, workforce planning needs, and market dynamics to influence hiring decisions at all levels.

Build relationships with assigned business domains to understand their upcoming needs and build strong talent pipelines.  

Manage full lifecycle recruitment beginning with a strategy session, building a slate of top talent, preparing interview guides, prepping interview teams, debriefing with the team post interview to select a final candidate, and managing the offer process through onboarding.  

Manage 10 - 20 requisitions at a time meeting and exceeding metrics based goals.

Source and evaluate candidate profiles and resumes, effectively represent the company to candidates, conduct detailed phone screens, prepare comprehensive evaluations, and present qualified candidate slates to Hiring Managers.

Lead the integrity and accuracy of recruitment data by establishing best practices for candidate tracking, status documentation, and system compliance across applicant tracking and sourcing platforms.

Mentor junior recruiters and hiring partners, contributing to the development of a high-performing, agile recruitment team while continuously evolving best practices.

Explore and integrate new recruitment methods, staying current with industry trends, and sharing best practices across the team.

Contribute to team development by assisting with the onboarding and training of new recruiters.

Work as a team player in the Global Talent Acquisition Organization by participating in strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned, supporting organizational growth and evolving hiring needs.

Champion University Relations hiring initiatives each year in late summer by attending career fairs and interviewing intern and RDP talent.

What experience you need

Minimum of 15+ years’ overall experience in full life cycle recruiting including 7+ years of technology specific recruiting

Minimum of 3+ years of fast paced technology agency recruiting or agency account management experience

3+ years executive recruiting experience

1+ year of recent Workday experience

Proven experience partnering with Layer 2/3/4/5 Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and Comp Partners 

Ability to negotiate and close complex offer packages effectively

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

Proficient in MS Office or Google Suite (preferred)

Strong organizational skills with high sense of urgency
