The primary purpose of the role is to lead the deployment of winning solutions for prospective clients including managing effective communication between multiple teams including engineering, product development, account and client team, managing, mitigating and reporting the project risks and assuring client satisfaction with the delivery.
The Delivery Manager is responsible for providing technical project planning, management and execution for clients to ensure alignment with overall business strategy. Managing all phases of service delivery for project including analysis and design, configuration and build, testing and training, and deployment.

Managing the deployment of a solution cooperating with analysts, implementation specialists, engineers, and testersManaging and reporting delivery risks and issuesManaging user acceptance testing and release plansManaging communications with stakeholders, business transition team, and business and IT managementMaintaining thorough understanding of product features and functionalityOverseeing application configuration and support while liaising with architecture, infrastructure, and engineeringEnsuring positive account and client sentimentKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
IT Project management w/concentration on software delivery managementDemonstrated expertise in CRE applicationsBusiness analysis and requirements gatheringCross functional team coordinationRelationship management and communicationsProven ability to navigate in a large matrix organizationExcellent attention to detailSelf-motivated, able to set priorities and work autonomouslyCustomer service focusKnowledge of real estate industry preferredLocation:
