Director, Tax Reporting and Compliance

Salary Mid-Point: $150,000 Location: Canonsburg PA Job Type: Permanent IFG-Pittsburgh is actively recruiting a Director of Tax Compliance and Reporting that will direct all federal, state and local tax compliance functions. The position will be responsible for accounting for income and non-income taxes and works in concert with leadership to identify, implement and maintain tax efficiencies.
Responsibilities of the Director of Tax Compliance and Reporting Responsible for Financial statement reporting with regard to income and non-income taxes including accounting for Income Taxes under ASC 740 and non-income taxes. Works in tandem with the Director of Finance & Tax Planning during the acquisition process to identify and account for purchase accounting and other tax sensitive items Provides requested tax financial reporting information as requested including forecasted effective tax rate and other tax information. Responsible for the timely filing of all federal, state and local income & franchise tax returns. Coordinates and reviews internally prepared Personal Property, B&O and other internally prepared non-income tax returns. Coordinates/assists with tax audits and inquiries related to both Federal & state tax issues Qualifications of the Director of Tax Compliance and Reporting Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance Minimum of 8 years of ASC 740 corporate tax experience MST or CPA designation preferable.. Experience with Tax Software such as CorpTax or One Source a plus
