Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate current leadership and talent management offerings and programs and develop a formal plan for immediate and long-term realization of the function. Focus on further professionalizing the full employee life cycle through talent management for the organization. (i.e. on-boarding>>>progression through the talent funnel>>>retention & engagement)

Lead Performance, Talent, Succession, Assessment and recruiting processes for the organization.

Partner with HR and Business Leaders to develop talent management strategies, Identify gaps and build processes to support business initiatives

Drive high-potential development programs that align with long-range business strategies

Determine appropriate use of external training solutions and in-house content to ensure learning opportunities develop skills needed for future competitive advantage of the organization.

Understand and maximize functionality of Workday in pursuit of maximum automation of processes

Lead a team of Talent professionals

Key Performance Measures

Return in Investment and increased performance based on training deliverables (Salaried)

Goal setting and completion % and execution across organization

Leadership bench strength pipeline and successor readiness

Increase diversity in leadership pipeline

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degrees in a relevant field required.

Master’s degree in business, organizational behavior, HR management, or related field preferred

At least 10 years; experience in talent development, organization development, or succession planning, with a preference for experience across other domains of HR (including business partnering)

Ability to communicate with and influence at all levels of the organization, including the C-Suite

Experience

Proven leader in leadership and talent management and development, having led end-to-end talent management across a global company with measurable results of success in: ROI of the talent function, programs and initiatives; retention of key executive talent; and development of a robust leadership pipeline that meets the growth agenda of businesses around the globe.

Brings rigorous thinking and known for driving innovation through people.

Has significant global leadership experience, working across cultures and geographies.

Scope

3 direct reports and indirect responsibilities for outsourced operations

influence and partnership with all levels of the organization including C-Suite

Management of external vendors specifically for training, talent management and talent acquisition

Budget responsibility for L&D functions and T&A functions

Global reach and scope

Travel Requirements

>Domestic and international travel as needed, likely less than 25%
