What is the opportunity?

Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Integrator Personal Banking and Commercial Banking, the  Director, Talent Integrator Change and Transformation is a key player on the HR talent partner team.  Working closely with HR Business Partners and leaders in both the Personal Banking and Commercial Banking platforms, this role is accountable for the design and execution of change management resources and solutions to ensure success of key transformational programs.  In collaboration with HR Business Partners, HR Centres of Expertise, and colleagues in business and functional teams, the role will deliver comprehensive solutions for select large programs and provide advisory support for small to medium initiatives.

The Director, Talent Integrator, Change and Transformation is a member of broader the Talent Partner community by sharing solutions and best practices they will enhance the change capability and impact across the team.

What will you do?

Work with colleagues in HR and business platforms bringing expertise on transformation and employee change management practices to enhance performance and drive successful outcomes across select initiatives and priorities.Utilize your extensive consulting experience to initiate, design and deliver large complex Organizational Change Management initiatives by applying structured methodologies and approaches.Act as a trusted advisor in change management areas of expertise (communication, human behavior, adoption, measurement) to support credible recommendations and the ability to provide advisory support.Able to identify key data sources, plan and execute analysis to inform change plans and track progress to the desire future state.Contribute to the continuous development and evolution of change practices and capabilities on the Personal Banking and Commercial Banking Talent Partner team.Lead projects from planning to implementation: Deliver recommendations to an actionable level of detail, and measure against key performance indicators.Develop effective communication strategies and tactics to deliver the findings and solutions helping drive to alignment across leadership and teams

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

Knowledge Change Management practices, processes, and implications with demonstrated experience driving large transformational change initiatives.Able to successfully effect change in a matrix organization and manage the successfully transition from current to future state.Ability to advise senior leaders and implement programs to support the successful adoption of change and deliver of desire outcomes.Consulting toolkit with the ability to work and think strategically.Experience in breaking ambiguous problems into component parts, identifying logical methods to solve them and assessing business opportunities and impact.Capability to get things done in a variety of circumstances and the ability to utilize assigned resources and RBC SMEs to achieve or exceed planned outcomes.Strong relationship and storytelling skills (oral and written) with the ability to express ideas clearly with ability to impact and influence colleagues towards a cohesive and thoughtful plan and approach.
