We’re currently seeking a Director, Talent Acquisition to join our Headquarters team!
The Director of Talent Acquisition is a strategic leader responsible for building and leading recruitment strategies that attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. This role focuses on creating an inspiring and positive candidate experience that reflects the company’s culture and helps strengthen its reputation as a great place to work.
This leader will drive the development of a strong talent brand and promote it across channels to reach high-quality candidates. They will oversee the full hiring process, from workforce planning to onboarding, while making sure recruitment efforts support company goals, diversity priorities, and long-term growth.
By using data and best practices, the Director will improve hiring processes, lead a high-performing recruiting team, and work closely with senior leaders to shape workforce strategy in a competitive job market.
What You Will Do:
Develop and Execute Talent Acquisition Strategy: Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning Lead and Develop Talent Acquisition Team: Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to recruitment staff to foster a high-performing team culture Oversee Full-Cycle Recruitment Operations: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding, ensuring efficiency and compliance Enhance Employer Branding: Drive initiatives to strengthen the organization’s employer brand and position it as an employer of choice in the market Partner with Executive Leadership: Collaborate with senior leaders to align talent acquisition efforts with business objectives and evolving market demand Leverage Data and Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment performance, forecast hiring needs, and inform strategic decisionsHow You Will Shine:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred) 8–10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership role Proven experience developing and executing large-scale recruitment strategies, preferably within retail or QSR industries Strong understanding of recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR analytics Demonstrated success in partnering with executive leadership and managing cross-functional teams Demonstrated expertise in leading enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational goals and workforce planning Ability to lead and coach recruitment teams to achieve high performance, foster professional growth, and drive continuous improvement Strong leadership and team motivation skills, with a proven track record of building collaborative, high-performing teams Demonstrated expertise in analyzing recruitment performance metrics and developing data-driven action plans to optimize outcomes Ability to manage conflict and resolve personnel issues constructively, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and HR analytics tools, with the ability to evaluate and implement new technologies Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage executive stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
