The new Go-to-Market Capabilities (GTMC) organization is designed to drive best-in-class capabilities across the board, to bring value and excellence in Sanofi’s commercial operations across its global organization and in local markets. This will be achieved through process and tool standardization, the removal of barriers between business units, and reduction in capability duplication.
The North America Go-To-Market Capabilities Omnichannel team (NA GTMC OC) will support Sanofi’s North American brand marketing teams to execute meaningful, customer centric, agile marketing across all of Sanofi’s channels. The team includes end-to-end campaign management capabilities, channel experts, day-to-day operations leads, and a transformation function responsible for the organization and delivery of continuous improvement to marketing operations processes.
The NA GTMC OC team has been created to:
Unlock true cross-brand omnichannel marketing capability and integrating innovations that accelerate brand marketing outcomes
Free up capacity in marketing teams to focus on brand and content strategy
Accelerate and standardize omnichannel operations processes
Improve sharing of best practice
Clarify accountabilities for day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long term improvement efforts
Realize efficiencies and economies of scale across the North America and Global marketing organizations

The Director, Strategy and Operations - NA Omnichannel is responsible for driving the US Omnichannel governance, budgeting, project management, Hub/Digital alignment , prioritization and communication processes. While this role is individual contributor, this is a leadership role and will be responsible for implementing strong governance, driving ruthless prioritization, and leading large complex multi-function projects.
This position will report to the Head of Omnichannel capabilities, North America and will be based in Cambridge, MA
Responsibilities
Together with OC leads, co-develop and implement the OC strategy to:
Effectively plan OC resources across US, Hub, and Global organizations in a OneSanofi first approachOwn US and coordinate with Global /Digital roadmap to drive next generation OC capabilitiesOwn, but jointly create, Gen AI/ future state roadmap for US OCEffectively drive the management of One Sanofi GTMC North America budget and hub resource allocation
Develop and effectively communicate the North America OC budget and ensure alignment of budget Global GTMC to ensure no duplication of effortsTrack project spend to enable dynamic resourcing allocation/highlight risksDrive optimal resourcing and allocation of North America aligned hub resourcesLead North America OC Strategic Resource PlanningAct as an PMO to drive OC projects through the organization:
Drive collaboration across GTMC Global COEs and US organization ensuring to avoid duplication.Manage the Quarterly Business Review process for Business Operations activities. Ensure clear, measurable goals are established, understood and executed against by each functional resource supporting the brand.Lead US OC budgeting process and alignment with global GTMCAlign and report upon US OC performance to GBU’sAligning to a common framework and set of guiding principles shared with GTMC.Foster innovative solutions and a design-thinking approach that accounts for key US needs while being aligned with broader GTMC strategies.Assess and implement novel methodologies / frameworks in coordination with GTMC COEs to accelerate meaningful insights to inform brand / development plans in a manner that keeps pace with the speed of the critical US market.Overall program/project management for US OC digital transformationsDrive cross-functional awareness & management of interdependencies Manage indirect team members for launches and various projectsDevelopment of recommendations jointly with the business units and senior leadershipPreparation and presentation to management of findings and implementation plansEducation Requirements
BA/ BS degree required, a scientific degree (either MS/ PhD) with a concentration in marketing and/or quantitative fields is preferred

The salary range for this position is:
$148,125.00 - $213,958.33All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
