**About this role:**
We are seeking a dynamic self-starter for a Chief of Staff role. This position plays a pivotal role in enhancing productivity and efficiency by providing strategic support, C-suite presentation material, and project management. This individual will act as a trusted advisor, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure key deliverables are met. This is an exciting opportunity for someone seeking exposure to multiple business segments and strategic initiatives across the growing [insert business segment] business.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between the executive, senior leadership team and internal stakeholders.
+ Own leadership team processes and agendas, including follow-through on actions and communications.
+ Establish and cultivate relationships with key points of contact from corporate offices and internal teams to maintain alignment and ensure completion of tasks.
+ Analyze information, prepare presentations, make recommendations to assist in decision-making processes, and escalate key issues when appropriate.
+ Partner with senior leadership team on strategic initiatives to define and manage deliverables, timelines, and ownership, includes long-range plans, business reviews, monthly leadership team meetings, and briefings to corporate leaders.
+ Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights, thought leadership and recommendations on key decisions and initiatives.
+ Maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive issues and matters pertaining to the executive and the organization.
+ Project management of various initiatives.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ 4 + years of effectively managing complex projects and initiatives
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
+ Effective leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
+ Demonstrated skills in storyboarding and presentation development.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
+ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to execute complex projects.
+ Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic, global organization, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
+ Expert knowledge of multiple work areas obtained through advanced education, combined with experience
+ Expert knowledge of market and able to identify best practice and how to best utilize within Carrier
+ Knowledge of Carrier’s organization and products.
+ A working knowledge of one or more functional business processes, such as Strategy, Business Development, Finance, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
+ Strong desire to gain exposure to multiple business segments and functions as part of personal development plan.
