Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that align with RBC's broader organizational goals and the CAE Group's visionPartner with executives to identify opportunities for innovation and transformation within the audit and risk assurance functionsArchitect and implement next-generation strategies that enhance the CAE Group's capabilities and effectivenessDrive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiativesDevelop comprehensive strategic roadmaps with clear milestones, metrics, and deliverablesAnalyze market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-makingIdentify and assess emerging technologies and methodologies that could enhance the CAE Group's operationsProvide thought leadership and strategic counsel to senior managementBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organizationQualifications
Master's degree or graduate-level education in business, finance, economics, or related field10-15 years of strategy experience in consulting or corporate strategy roles, preferably within financial servicesDemonstrated experience developing and implementing transformative initiativesExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsOutstanding communication and presentation abilitiesWhy RBC
